Welcome Reception - 18th August

The Welcome Reception for RE ’26 will take place on Tuesday, August 18, at 6:00 PM in Building E of ÉTS (Pavillon E / Maison des étudiants). The reception will be held in the Salon des diplômés (Room E-2033), a spacious venue offering a relaxed setting for attendees to meet and reconnect.

Banquet - 20th August

The Banquet for RE ’26 will take place on Thursday evening, August 20 at The Montreal Science Center. The banquet begins with a cocktail hour from 6:30-7:30 PM, followed by a group photo and dinner service starting at 8:00 PM. Music and dancing are to follow dinner. The venue features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows with exceptional views of the Montréal skyline and the waterfront, providing an elegant setting for the conference banquet.

The Montréal Science Centre is approximately a 20-minute walk from ÉTS, where the conference is held, and is also easily accessible by public transit. The nearest métro station is Place-d’Armes(Orange Line), and the closest bus stop is De la Commune / Saint-Jean-Baptiste.

The Montréal Science Centre regularly hosts prestigious conferences, gala dinners, cultural events, and private receptions. Its modern event spaces have welcomed numerous organizations and international gatherings. Attendees will enjoy an evening of fine dining, conversation, and networking in one of Montréal’s most distinctive waterfront locations.
