Standard Invitation Letters

Standard invitation letters are available directly through the registration portal. While registering for the conference, attendees will have the option to request a standard letter confirming their participation.

Custom Invitation Letters

For custom invitation letters, please forward the following information to Roberto.Lopez@etsmtl.ca :

• Family name (last name, surname).
• First Name.
• Nationality.
• Address.
• Start and end date of the visit.
• Role at the conference (e.g., article presentation, attending sessions).
• Address while in Canada (e.g., hotel details).
