We are pleased to announce that ASE 2025 will provide travel support for attending the conference, thanks to ACM SIGAI and Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). If you fit into one or more of the following categories, you’re eligible:
- Participants who identify as being a member of an underrepresented racial or ethnic group(s) in the place they work,
- Participants based in low-income and lower-middle-income countries as identified by the World Bank List of Economies,
- Undergraduate students

In addition to basic personal inforamtion, you will need a recommendation letter from your academic supervisor (if you’re in graduate school) or a faculty member (if you’re an undergraduate). The number of travel support is limited. Please complete the form before 24th October. The notifications will be sent by 31st October, 2025. The reimbursement will be made after the conference.
