The visa application process may take more than one month. International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance.
An official invitation letter will be sent by the ASE 2025 Secretariat upon request via email to registration@ase2025.org. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.
You can request an invitation letter during the registration process using the Invitation Letter Request Form, and invitations can only be issued to authors of accepted papers who have completed registration and paid the ASE 2025 registration fee.
Unless otherwise requested, all visa invitation letters will be issued in Korean.
If you require an English version (e.g., for submission to your organization), please clearly indicate this in your request email.
