Registration options

Author registration is open until August 8th, 23:59. Full registration is open until August 31st, 23:59. The conference will start on Monday, September 22nd, and we will close on Wednesday, September 24th, in the evening.

The conference fee covers participation in the technical program, breaks, lunches, welcome reception, social event, and gala dinner.

Accommodation options

1-Scarritt Bennett Center (https://scarrittbennett.org/lodging/)

120 rooms. The majority of those are twin bed and do share a restroom with the adjoining guestroom. No elevators in the 3 sleep buildings. Price: ~$100. Reach out to the marcos.quinones.grueiro@vanderbilt.edu if you would like to reserve your stay here. Please, make your reservation as soon as possible as capacity might be limited.
