A quiet room will be available during ECSA 2026 for prayer, reflection, meditation, or anyone who would like a calm space for a short break. The room is open to all participants, regardless of faith, belief, or background.
Please help keep this room quiet and respectful for everyone. Conversations, phone calls, video meetings, and other noisy activities should take place elsewhere. Participants using the room should respect each other’s privacy, personal space, and need for silence.
- On Monday and Tuesday, the quiet room is the B1.2.01 (see https://conf.researchr.org/attending/ecsa-2026/room-and-venue-maps)
- On Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, the quiet room is the C4.06 (see https://conf.researchr.org/attending/ecsa-2026/room-and-venue-maps)
The quiet room is part of our commitment to an inclusive and welcoming conference environment. All use of the room is covered by the ECSA Code of Conduct and Attendance Policy: https://conf.researchr.org/attending/ecsa-2026/code-of-conduct-and-attendance-policy.
