Eindhoven Airport (EIN)
Eindhoven Airport is ~7 km from campus, primarily served by low-cost European carriers (Ryanair, Wizz Air, etc.).
- Take bus 400 or 401 from the airport to Eindhoven Central Station (~20 min, ~€5)

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS)
Schiphol offers worldwide connections and direct train service to Eindhoven.
- Take the intercity train from Schiphol Airport station directly to Eindhoven Centraal
- Frequency: every 30 minutes
- Journey time: ~1h 20 min
- Cost: ~€24–€30 one way
- Walk from the station to TU/e campus (~10 min)
Tip: Buy train tickets via the NS website or at any ticket machine in the airport. An OV-chipkaart (public transport card) can also be used.

TU/e is easily accessible from the main Dutch motorways: A2, A58, A67, and A270.
From Amsterdam / Schiphol: - Take A2 south → follow signs for Eindhoven Centrum → follow signs for Universiteit - Distance: ~120 km | Time: ~1h 15–1h 45 min (traffic dependent)
From Rotterdam / Den Haag: - Take A16 → A58 east towards Eindhoven → follow Centrum → Universiteit signs - Distance: ~100 km | Time: ~1h 10 min

Parking on Campus
Parking on campus is paid and limited, especially during events. Pre-booking is strongly recommended.

Traffic in and around Eindhoven is heavy during rush hours (7:30–9:00 AM and 4:30–6:30 PM). Plan accordingly.
By Bike
The Netherlands is cycling-friendly and TU/e is no exception — the campus is highly accessible by bike.
From Eindhoven city center: ~5–10 min ride
From surrounding neighborhoods: Eindhoven has an extensive network of dedicated bike lanes (fietspaden). Use Google Maps or ANWB Routeplanner in cycling mode for a tailored route.
Bike parking: Ample covered and uncovered bicycle parking is available throughout campus.
