Travel Visa

In principle, third-country citizens require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany (e.g. Schengen Visa). Exemptions apply to EU citizens and citizens from countries for which the European Union abolished the visa requirement for short stays of up to 90 days within the period of 180 days. Detailed information on visa requirements can be found on the pages of the Federal Foreign Office.

Kindly note that we can only issue an invitation letter if you can demonstrate at least one accepted contribution and/or a registration to the event. Finally, for us to issue an invitation letter, please send an email indicating your institutional email address with the following information:

• Full name, exactly as stated in the passport
• Nationality
• Date and place of birth
• Passport number, date of issue, and expiry date
• Full Affiliation and country of residence
• Paper IDs (including track in which it has been accepted)
