ICSME 2026 will feature a variety of social events in and around Benevento, offering attendees opportunities to meet, network, and enjoy the city beyond the technical program.

SCAM/VISSOFT Joint Dinner
The joint SCAM/VISSOFT dinner will take place on Monday, September 14, at La Pampanini 1956.
This dinner is an informal opportunity for participants of SCAM, VISSOFT, and related co-located events to meet, continue conversations after the technical sessions, and enjoy a relaxed evening in Benevento.

LGBTQ+ Lunch
The LGBTQ+ Lunch will take place on Wednesday, September 16, during the lunch break.
All LGBTQ+ attendees and participants from ICSME and co-located events are warmly invited to join. The event is intended as a friendly and welcoming opportunity to connect with others in an informal setting.

ICSME Reception
The ICSME 2026 reception will take place on Wednesday, September 16, at the Palazzo San Domenico of the University of Sannio.
Join us for a welcome reception at one of the University of Sannio's institutional locations. This event will provide an opportunity to meet other attendees, reconnect with colleagues, and enjoy the atmosphere of Benevento.

ICSME Banquet
The ICSME 2026 social dinner/banquet will take place on Thursday, September 17, at Tenuta La Fortezza.
The banquet is one of the main social moments of the conference, bringing together the ICSME community for an evening of food, conversation, and celebration.

Continuing the ICSME tradition, we are planning a friendly football game during ICSME 2026.

We are also considering a morning jogging activity for attendees who would like to start the day with an informal run around Benevento.
