Traveling to Karlskrona

The PROFES 2026 will take place in the beautiful city of Karlskrona, located in the south-east region of Sweden. There are different ways to travel to Karlskrona.

Recommended: Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup (CPH), which is located approximately 230 km away. This is the largest international airport in the region.

From CPH, you can take the direct train (https://www.oresundstag.se/, https://www.blekingetrafiken.se ). The train comes every hour from 05:00 am to 21:00, Monday to Friday. Weekend schedule might differ (check the website). We also suggest not to rely on the last train.

Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN), which is located approximately 480 km away. From Stockholm, you can travel to Karlskrona either by a domestic flight to Ronneby Airport or by train (https://www.sj.se/). From Ronneby airport, you can take a bus (https://www.blekingetrafiken.se) or a taxi (https://www.trossotaxi.se) to Karlskrona.
