Registration Guidelines
Registrations are completed online via www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay by credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD) or bank transfer. The system is secure, easy to use, and the process can be completed in a few minutes.
Participants may also book accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, and other services at special conference rates. Registration can be completed in stages, allowing participants to return later to add services (subject to availability).

- Create and settle your order securely online

Author Registration Deadlines*
- Research, Registered Reports Tracks: up to 09 Jan 2026
- Other Tracks: up to 14 Jan 2026
- Workshops, Tutorials: up to 20 Jan 2026
Registration Notes
- Every paper accepted at the conference/workshops needs an author registered with an author registration by the above deadlines. One registration covers one paper.
- All accepted conference papers must be covered by a Full (Non Student) Registration by at least one co-author for each accepted paper. All accepted workshop papers must be covered by either a Full conference (Non Student) registration or a One-day workshop (Non Student) registration.
- All Full Registration (Conference & Workshops/Tutorials) fees include conference/workshop materials, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
- All Main Conference Only registration fees include conference materials, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference dinner. Workshops/Tutorials only registration fees include workshop materials, coffee breaks & lunch for the day.
