How do I get to my hotel from the airport?
Any one of the following should work for you:
- Check with your hotel - They may offer a pick-up service. Arrange the pick-up service in advance.
- Uber/Ola - Book a cab to your location through the app. You may pre-schedule your ride from Hyderabad International Airport. Carrying some cash is advisable as some drivers may prefer direct payment.
- Pre-booked taxi - For late night or early morning arrivals, you can book 24×7 services from Hyderabad Airport.
How do I go from my hotel to the venue and back?
If you are staying in one of the designated hotels (see Accommodation page for the list), we will have shuttle service between these hotels and the venue. Otherwise, you can use Uber, Ola, or auto rickshaws.
Money
Do I need to carry cash with me?
While most businesses accept UPI, debit and credit cards, it’s recommended to carry some cash (₹2000-3000) for smaller vendors, auto rickshaws, and emergencies.

Will there be Wi-Fi during the conference?
IIIT Hyderabad campus has Eduroam available—make sure you remember your credentials! We also provide a special guest Wi-Fi network for conference participants.
