Registration for STAF’26 is now open!
The planned registration deadlines are as follows:
- Early-bird registration is scheduled before May 27th.
- Late registration will run from May 28th until June 19th.
We offers three main ticket options based on the number of days you plan to attend, between a 1-3 days ticket (first three days), 2-4 days ticket (last three days) and a 4 days ticket (whole conference). The days of the specific events (i.e. ECMFA, ICGT, SLE, and workshops) are taking place on can be found on the page program. All tickets include physical access to all main events, workshops, coffee breaks, and lunches taking place on the days you registered for. This also applies for discounted student registrations. Note that early bird tickets are available until May 27th (after which the ‘late’ price applies).
Note that the conference dinners on 30th June and 2nd of July are NOT included in the 1-3 days or the 4-days tickets, but they have to be added on your registration.

Two-Step Registration
We have two forms to fill. The first one is used to select your registration package and for payment. The second form collects additional information about attendance and ACM membership. Both are available below.

General information and attendance inquiry
Please fill out the form below to provide general information and to confirm your attendance for breaks. This form does not formalize your registration but allows the staff to better organize your stay.
Author Policy
Authors are expected to present their paper physically (i.e. on-site). Please contact us quickly at djamel-eddine.khelladi@irisa.fr (CC the co-chairs of your conference/workshop) if no author can attend the conference on site.
Workshops and Conference paper authors must at least register once per paper. The author may register by paying the regular fee or the discounted student fee (if applicable). No online ticket option is applicable for fulfilling the author registration requirement this year.
Student Policy
For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status – such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor – may be asked on your arrival at the conference. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the conference if you cannot provide such proof.
Visa Information
If you need a visa for traveling to France, we can provide you with an invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to fulfil the following pre-requisites to get this invitation letter:
- You are already registered for STAF 2026.
- You need to have an accepted paper at one of the STAF 2026 events.
