In software development projects, management antipatterns can emerge from the interaction of socio-technical factors such as time pressure, poor coordination, and partial adoption of agile practices, affecting planning, control, and communication. This paper presents DMAP, an artifact for detecting Scrum antipatterns and mapping them to software project management antipatterns. DMAP was developed using Design Science Research and integrates a case-selection protocol, a dichotomous questionnaire, and an NPLF mapping scale. For evaluation, the protocol was applied to 164 case studies; five met the selection criteria and were analyzed using the questionnaire. We identified seven Scrum antipatterns (12 occurrences) mapped to five management antipatterns.
