Ethical AI guidelines are widely available, yet they remain difficult to operationalize in everyday software development. To address this gap, we present the Ethical AI User Story Generator (\textit{EAI-USG}), a tool that translates high-level ethical AI requirements into Ethical User Stories to support early requirements engineering. \textit{EAI-USG} leverages fine-tuned large language models combined with retrieval-augmented generation to produce structured user stories grounded in ethical guidelines. An initial validation with software practitioners suggests that the generated stories are clear, useful, and efficient, while also revealing limitations in ethical principle coverage. These findings highlight both the potential of automating ethical requirements engineering and the challenges that motivate further refinement of the tool.
