As quantum computing advances, ensuring the correctness of quantum circuits is becoming increasingly critical. However, repairing faulty circuits remains challenging and requires systematic and automated solutions. To this end, we present QRep, an automated repair approach that iteratively identifies faults in the circuit and repairs them. QRep uniformly applies patches across the circuit and assigns a suspiciousness score to each gate, capturing its likelihood to be faulty. Guided by these scores, QRep narrows down the search space by prioritising the most suspicious gates in subsequent iterations, increasing the repair efficiency. We evaluated QRep on 40 (real and synthetic) faulty circuits. Experimental results show that QRep was able to completely repair 70% of faulty circuits. For circuits that were not fully repaired, the actual faulty gate ranked among the top 44% most suspicious gates, demonstrating the effectiveness of QRep in fault localisation. Furthermore, compared to two baseline repair approaches, QRep scales to larger and more complex circuits, up to 13 qubits and 50 gates.
