Bio:

Dr. Kong is an Assistant Computational Scientist at Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). He obtained his PhD in 2016 at The Ohio State University, under the supervision of Prof. Louis-Noel Pouchet and Prof. Sadayappan. Before joining BNL he held a Post-Doctoral scholar position in Vivek Sarkar’s research group in Rice University. His research interests span the broad area of optimizing compilers and programming languages.
