Bio:

I am a Research Staff Member within the AI-Data Science Research Group at the Embedded Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory (ISR Lab), Department of Computer Science, University of Reading, working under the supervision of Professor Atta Badii, Chair of Secure Pervasive Technologies. The ISR Lab is a well-established centre of UK and EU collaborative research, and I am privileged to contribute to its ongoing work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, and cyber-physical technologies. My individual research interests lie at the confluence of Agentic Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Smart Cyber-Physical Systems (SCPS). I am particularly concerned with the architectural design, behavioural evaluation, and safety-aware deployment of autonomous agents in complex, real-world operational environments. A central focus of my work is investigating how LLM-driven agentic pipelines can be designed to operate reliably, accountably, and robustly within sociotechnical systems that impose stringent requirements with respect to trustworthiness and interpretability. I am actively engaged in research on multi-agent coordination, task decomposition under uncertainty, and the integration of structured knowledge representations — including ontologies and knowledge graphs — with neural language model architectures, with the aim of enhancing the semantic fidelity and reasoning capability of autonomous systems. My broader research interests further encompass natural language processing, LLM orchestration ecosystems, responsible AI, and the governance frameworks that underpin Agentic-AI safety and certifiability.
