Bio:

Kirsten Thommes is Professor of Organizational Behavior at Paderborn University, where she has been based since April 2018. She studied Business Administration at Philipps University Marburg and completed her doctorate at Friedrich Schiller University Jena. Prior to her appointment in Paderborn, she held postdoctoral positions at Radboud University Nijmegen and RWTH Aachen University. She is also a Principal Investigator in the TRR 318 „Constructing Explainability”.
