Call for Proposals for Co-Located Conferences and Workshops
We invite you to submit your proposal for a workshop or conference co-located with ASE 2026.
Workshops and similar co-located events at ASE 2026 will take place on Monday, Oct 12, and Friday, Oct 16, and provide an opportunity for exchanging views, advancing ideas, and discussing preliminary results on topics related to Automated Software Engineering. They can also serve as platforms to nurture new scientific communities.
Proposals must be submitted via the provided submission form.
We will allocate the first co-located events after the deadline for proposal submission (Apr 15 2026). However, you can also submit after the deadline, and if there is still space available, then we will consider.
Important Information
ASE 2026 is not able to pay for registration, travel, or other arrangements for workshop organizers. ASE 2026 will also not pay for workshop dinners. Additionally, ASE 2026 cannot guarantee to honor specific requests for holding the workshop on specific dates. All participants, including workshop organizers, keynote speakers, and invited guests, must register for the workshop. One keynote speaker per workshop can benefit from a free workshop registration (note that the free registration only includes the workshop, and none of the other events are included; for instance, the main conference is not included in the free workshop registration). Workshop organizers cannot submit (refereed) papers to their own workshop. This restriction extends to workshop organizer’s currently directly supervised students, even if the particular submitted work does not include the workshop organizer.
