This year, ECSA introduces a new presentation format designed to maximize interaction and allow all participants to follow every research presentation.
Instead of running traditional parallel sessions, the conference will feature a single presentation track. Each accepted paper will be introduced through a concise 10 minute presentation, giving attendees an overview of the work and its key contributions.
The in-depth discussion will then continue during dedicated poster sessions, following a format that has proven successful at several other conferences. This gives authors and participants more time for questions, technical discussions, and networking in an informal setting.
To support this format, we kindly ask the presenting author of each paper to prepare a poster and present it during the assigned poster session. In general, poster sessions will take place immediately after the corresponding presentation session, during the following coffee break or lunch break. The only exception is the final session of each day, whose posters will be presented during the first coffee break of the following morning.
We hope this format will foster lively discussions, encourage new connections, and create more opportunities for exchanging ideas throughout the conference.
