A LGBTQ+ lunch is also organized on Friday 27, being held in the Callisto room. Bring your food from the lunch area.

The Coffee Breaks will be served in the main conference area where the registration desk is located, just outside Cosmos Hall.

The Lunch will be served at the hotel restaurant, close to the hotel reception desk.

Luna is a meeting room in the second floor.

Take the stairs on the left of the Cosmos 3 entrance. Once upstairs, Luna is the room just on the left, with glass walls.

If you cannot use the stairs, please get in contact with the hotel reception or with the organizers. The Luna room can be reached using the elevator but, when coming from the elevator, you will face a door that is normally closed.
