Registration Fees
Please note that if you are mainly planning to attend CGO’s events, you should register for the CGO items when the options are shown, but you will have access to all the other co-located events taking place on the same day.
The conference fee includes one complimentary Banquet Ticket. However, registering just for the Workshops/Tutorials does not include a complimentary Banquet Ticket as the banquet does not take place during the weekend.
Registration fees are listed below in GBP. ACM/IEEE membership offers discounted fees for registration.

Payment
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.
Invitation letters and payment receipts
Invitation letters and payment receipts will be automatically generated and included in the confirmation email, typically sent out within 24 hours of registering. If you have successfully registered but have not received this email after 5 working days, please contact the conference organisers by emailing ieee-acm2024@in-conference.org.uk.
Cancellations
An administration charge of £40.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before 20th January 2024. Cancellations received after 20th January 2024 will be required to pay a full registration fee. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost. All alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing to ieee-acm2024@in-conference.org.uk.
