Registration is open from September 1st until October 31st, 23:59 (MEZ) - hotel room reservation is subject to availability. There is a discount for early registration until September 29th, 23:59 (MEZ). The conference will start Monday, November 4th, afternoon and we will close on Thursday, November 7th, after lunch.

Conference Fee

Excluding Hotel Costs

• Early Bird (until 29.09.2024): € 580,-
• Regular (from 29.09.2024): € 750,-

The conference fee covers participation of the technical program, breaks, lunches, welcome reception and gala dinner.

Hotel Room Reservation (CURRENTLY ONLY WAITING LIST)

• Double Room: € 69,- per night, per person
• Single Room: € 89,- per night

The optional hotel room reservation is seen as a binding commitment - if you reserve a room, you have to pay. The hotel room reservation must be done via the registration form. The conference fee does NOT cover hotel costs. You will be billed by the hotel separately.
