Registration
Registration and payments for the ESOCC 2025 conference should be completed via the online registration system. Registration is required for all persons attending the conference.
Authors are required to register within December 1st, 2024. Every accepted paper must have at least one author (non-student) registration. One registration covers one paper. Each full or short paper must have a registered presenter.

Please note that the fee does NOT include travel insurance or accommodation. Further details on suggested hotels and negotiated special rates are available on the accommodation section of the conference website.
Payment
The following payment methods are available: Credit/debit card, PayPal.
Kindly note that registration and payment must be completed in one session. Therefore, ensure that you are ready to make your payment immediately upon completion of the registration form. Receipts for credit card and online bank payments are automatically issued to the email address given upon registration.
Cancellation policy
The registration is binding. Cancellations with requests for refunds must be received in writing. A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to the refund requests. The refund request will be evaluated on case-to-case basis. Right to decision about refund remains with the organisation committee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after December 31, 2024 nor will they be given for failure to attend any part of the registration package. Refunds will beprocessed after the event. Please contact the secretariat using the contact form on https://conf.researchr.org/contact/esocc-2025 regarding all cancellations or changes in participation.
VISA
If you need a formal invitation letter to get a visa, please send a request to the local organizing committee through the contact form on https://conf.researchr.org/contact/esocc-2025 with the following information:
- Full name
- Affiliation (University)
- Address
- Nationality
- Passport number
- Dates of travel to Italy
- Title(s) of paper(s) submitted
Please note that ESOCC 2025 does not accept any responsibility for any financial loss relating to inability of an individual to obtain the requisite travel documents. More information on applying for visa can be found here.
