Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or by bank transfer. A secure, one-stop-shop system is used for the whole process, which can be completed in just a few minutes.
Participants may also book accommodation, airport transfers, car hire, and more at specially negotiated rates. The system allows you to complete your registration step by step, returning later to add more services if needed (subject to availability).

- Every paper accepted at the conference needs an author registered and paid with a regular registration by 31st of July, 2025. One registration covers one paper.
- Regular Registration fee includes: access to the conference sessions, conference material, lunches, coffee breaks and Conference Dinner.
- Conference Dinner is included only in Regular Registration fees. It can be purchased extra for Students and Accompanying Persons.
