Registration Options and Fees
Registration options for Internetware 2026 are shown below. Please note that:
- Amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD)
- Amounts include Australian GST
- Registered participants may attend the conference sessions and events included in their registration
- Each accepted paper requires at least one author to complete a Full registration
- A Student Registration does not satisfy the author registration requirement
- The deadline for the Early Bird rate is 14 June 2026, AEST

Note: If you need an invitation letter for a visa application, please register for the conference first. Invitation letters for visa applications will be automatically sent to registered participants after the registration has been completed.
Internetware 2026 Conference
The conference fee includes registration to Internetware 2026 and access to all conference sessions from Saturday, 18 July to Monday, 20 July 2026. Social events included in the registration, where applicable, are covered by the conference fee. Lunches during the conference days are also included.
Internetware 2026 will be held in Gold Coast, Australia, at Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences. The conference fee is in AUD and includes GST. The early registration deadline is 14 June 2026, AEST. The Standard rate will apply after 14 June 2026. The early/standard fee switch will follow Gold Coast local time, AEST.

Author Registration Requirement
Author registration is required for each accepted paper to be included in the published proceedings and program.
At least one author per accepted paper must complete a Full Registration by the author registration deadline: 14 June 2026, AEST. A Student Registration does not satisfy the author registration requirement. One Full author registration covers one accepted paper. Where an author has multiple accepted papers, additional registrations are required.
Papers without a valid author registration by the deadline may be withdrawn from the proceedings and program at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference registration team at the email address shown on the registration confirmation.
The following terms apply to all cancellation requests:
- Refunds are granted only for reasonable requests, at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- An AUD 200 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds will be returned to the original credit card or payment method used at registration.
- Author registrations that cover an accepted paper are non-refundable once the paper has been included in the final program or proceedings, regardless of attendance.
Transfers and Substitutions
A registration may be transferred to another person, provided written notice is given to the registration team at least 21 days before the Conference start date.
Registrations cannot be transferred between conferences or future editions of the Conference.

Liability
The organizers are not liable for any losses, accidents, or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants attend the conference and all related events at their own risk and responsibility.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of unforeseen events beyond their control, including but not limited to pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. The organizers are not obliged to compensate participants for losses caused by such circumstances.
