ANDREAS L. OPDAHL is Professor of Information Systems Development at the University of Bergen, Norway, where he heads the Research Group for Intelligent Information Systems (I2S). Opdahl received his Ph.D. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1992. His research interests include ontologies, knowledge graphs and their applications to media production, as well as enterprise and IS modelling and security and safety requirements. He is the author, co-author or co-editor of more than a hundred peer-reviewed and widely cited research papers. He is a member of IFIP WG5.8 on Enterprise Interoperability and WG8.1 on Design and Evaluation of Information Systems. He serves as associated editor or renowned international journals and as an organizer of renowned international conferences and workshops.
