Bikash Saha is a Ph.D. candidate at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, working under the guidance of Prof. Sandeep Kumar Shukla. His research focuses on the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) in cybersecurity, along with detecting advanced threats in IoT and IIoT infrastructures. He is particularly interested in areas such as threat intelligence, Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) detection and attribution, and integrating machine learning with cybersecurity solutions.
Before joining IIT Kanpur, Bikash earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai, where he worked under the supervision of Dr. Rishi Ranjan Singh. He also gained industry experience as a Software Developer at Sterlite Technologies Limited.
