Brooklyn is the cofounder and CTO at Fission, where her team is building tools that puts local-first principles into the hands of all developers. She founded the Vancouver Functional Programming Meetup, and is the author of several Elixir libraries including Witchcraft & Exceptional. She continues to push the broader web and edge space forward with standards including UCAN auth, the WebNative File System, the Rhizome distributed database, the Interplanetary Virtual Machine, and helping with on spec and standards across multiple orgs.
