Bio: Carlos Eduardo Bernal-Cárdenas is a Ph.D. candidate at the College of William and Mary advised by Dr. Denys Poshyvanyk. He received his B.S. in Systems Engineering in 2012 and his M.Eng. in Systems and Computing Engineering in 2015 from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
