Asimina Mertzani is a 3rd year PhD student in the Intelligent Systems and Networks Research Group at Imperial College London, interested in topics of influence, expertise and learning in self-organising distributed socio-technical systems. Additionally, Asimina has a Masters degree in Applied Machine Learning from Imperial College London and an Integrated Masters and Bachelor degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Additionally, she has 4 years of work experience in the Supply Chain Industry, developing software for the optimisation of vehicle routing and demand forecasting, as well as using Machine Learning Algorithms for the facilitation of the warehouse management.
