Ph.D. in Computer Science from Federal University of Pernambuco (2014), having completed a Sandwich Doctorate through CNPq at The Open University (United Kingdom). Led one of the largest Innovation Centers in the country (CESAR) as Head of Knowledge. Currently, he is a professor of Software Engineering at UFRPE and the leader of the GENTE (People in Business and Technology) Study Group. He works as a consultant for companies and as a professor in professional master’s and doctoral programs at Cesar School and in executive education courses. He has extensive experience in Computer Science, with an emphasis on Empirical Software Engineering, organizational behavior, digital transformation, innovation, and education. He is also the author of more than 100 published scientific articles, and author of the book “Classical Theories of Human Motivation” (2018).
