Bio:

Charles has over 30 years’ experience in working with the developers of cutting edge software. As a Senior Lecturer at Security Lancaster, he leads research to help enhance software security in development teams, focusing particular on future changes and problems. Previously, Charles was technical lead for the Ericsson R380, the first smartphone; and app security lead for EE Cash on Tap, the first Android payments app.

A frequent speaker, blogger, and author, Charles is passionate about advancing software security practices globally.
