Dr. Constance (Connie) Noonan Hadley is an organizational psychologist. She is the Founder and Chief Scientist at the Institute for Life at Work. She holds a PhD in organizational behavior from Harvard University, an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in social psychology from Princeton University. Her focal areas include the impact of AI on interpersonal dynamics at work, loneliness, psychological safety, trust, burnout, mental health, team effectiveness, and leadership. She has been published widely and was named to the Thinkers50 Radar List for her rising global influence as a management scholar.
