Georgios Diapoulis has recently defended his PhD on musical live coding, with a particular focus on embodied interactions. He holds a BSc in Materials Science and Technology from the U. of Crete, Heraklion, Greece, and an MA in Music, Mind and Technology from the U. of Jyväskylä, Jyväskylä, Finland. He is also a Marie-Curie alumnus of the EU Horizon project ACOUTECT on Building Acoustics. He works as a Teacher in the Interaction Design Unit, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, at Chalmers | University of Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Sweden. He has been a member of the TOPLAP Athens node and a board member of the Nordic Summer University. He often conducts musical live coding performances.
