Huy Nguyen is a Graduate Researcher working at the School of Computing and Information Systems at the University of Melbourne. His research interests focus on deep learning, AI4SE, empirical software engineering, and automated software engineering. Huy’s primary research goal is to improve software quality and the efficiency of software developers, particularly by improving access to relevant information. Before pursuing his PhD research, Huy completed his Master of Data Science from Monash University in July 2021. Also, Huy worked for Medibank as a Data Scientist in Payment Integrity Analytics, where he focused on analysing member and provider claims profiles to detect and prevent financial crime and improper payments. Huy also has some experience working as a research assistant at Monash Business School in applied research projects relevant to finance and corporate governance.
