Justina Lin, Ph.D., is a researcher and engineering leader bridging the gap between large-scale software ecosystems and AI-driven development workflows. She completed her Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2023, specializing in software engineering, and currently leads a core infrastructure team developing scalable AI agent sandboxing environments.
Dr. Lin’s research interests include execution-guided agent training, post-training for coding models, and the development of autonomous coding agents. She is actively developing specialized agentic code models trained via pure Supervised Fine-Tuning on structurally pruned execution trajectories. A published author and an active contributor to the broader academic community, she serves on the review committees for the ACL Rolling Review and MSR Industry Track.
