John Speed Meyers is head of Chainguard Labs and developer relations at Chainguard, a software supply chain security startup. He previously researched the productivity benefits and security risks of massive open source software dependence in the U.S. intelligence community while working in IQT Labs. A public policy analyst by PhD training and open source software developer by accident, he also studies empirical computer security topics and has published in ICSE, MSR, and CCS.
