Worked 9 years as an industry statistician prior to joining Academia; designed and led many professional development workshops and worked on a wide range of statistics and data science projects from data mining large, unstructured global complaint data to marketing to research and development.

Earned PhD in Statistics Education & MS in Statistics from University of Minnesota (USA)
