Nadine Porkert is an Agile Coach at XITASO with almost 4 years of experience in the software engineering area working together with clients from different industries, such as Automotive, MedTech or Mechanical Engineering. In her opinion, an agile mindset and agile collaboration are the key success factors in an increasingly fast-changing world. She and her cross-functional teams create digital solutions by using agile working methods – for and together with their clients. Agile Requirements Engineering is a central part in such agile projects – from problem identification via formulating user stories to finished product increments after each sprint.
