Nasren Azad is a researcher in the Software Engineering Department at Lappeenranta–Lahti University of Technology (LUT), Finland, where she has been affiliated since 2021. She recently completed her PhD in Software Engineering (2025), focusing on DevOps success factors and organizational practices. She holds an MSc in Information Systems from Åbo Akademi University, Turku, and a Master’s in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from AIUB. Her interdisciplinary background bridges software engineering and information systems research. Her research interests include software engineering, DevOps, digital transformation, human–AI collaboration, social media, AI for IT operations, and emerging technologies such as low-code/no-code platforms and quantum computing applications in software engineering.
