Bio:

I am the CEO and co-founder of Kladero GmbH, where I lead the company’s strategy, product vision, and partnerships. At Kladero, our mission is to help organizations make effective use of new AI capabilities while managing the regulatory, organizational, and operational challenges that come with them, with a particular focus on AI compliance, transparency, and the practical implementation of the EU AI Act.

I hold a PhD in Software Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany. My background spans both industry and academia, including research in self-adaptive systems, multi-agent systems, and software regulation, as well as advanced automotive research and development focused on machine-learning methods for perception systems.
