I am an associate professor at Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (Brazil).
My broad research area is Programming Languages. My previous work is mainly related to Deterministic Parsing and the implementation of parsing tools for the the Lua programming language.
My current research tries to better understand software energy consumption and how we can save energy.
Moreover, I am also interested in Domain-Specific Languages (DSLs).
