Hi, I’m Stan Bühne. As Managing Director at IREB, with a strong passion for Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, and Digital Transformation, I bring more than 20 years of experience in the field. After many exciting years in IT consulting, including leading international digitalization projects in the telecommunications sector, I now focus on advancing the discipline of requirements engineering and exploring how AI can help make it more accessible, relevant, and attractive by supporting professionals and organizations with practical frameworks, certifications, and guidance.
In addition to my role at IREB, I serve as a board member of the Bitkom Working Group for Software Engineering & Architecture. I regularly share insights on digital trends, requirements engineering, and best practices at international conferences. My goal is to make complex topics clear, relevant, and actionable so that teams and organizations can create real value from their requirements.
