Bio:

Will O’Hanley is a computable contracts developer at CodeX, where he builds software needed to support CodeX research initiatives. Will’s background is in both computer science and law, and he is interested in the limits of language (both legal and programming), the pragmatics of code, and critical technical practice.

Will earned a B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Prince Edward Island and a J.D. from the University of Victoria, where he was also a research assistant for the University of Victoria Access to Justice Centre for Excellence. He has worked for several years as a software developer, focusing particularly on web applications and data visualization. He has also worked as a teacher in Canada, China, and South Korea.
