Dr. Elizabeth Bjarnason is a senior lecturer of software engineering at Lund University, Sweden, and belongs to its Software Engineering Research Group (SERG). Her research interests include empirical research on software development and management methods, in particular for requirements engineering and digital work environments with a focus on human aspects, communication and collaboration. She also has 15 years experience from the software industry, in roles such as requirements engineer and project manager.
