Eren, a dedicated Computer Science and Engineering student at Yeditepe University, has actively engaged in numerous projects throughout his educational journey. One notable contribution was to the Bekle-Me Project at Yeditepe University. This project aimed to enhance campus bus tracking by providing a user-friendly map, significantly simplifying real-time monitoring of buses for students and staff. The improved map system streamlined the tracking process, resulting in enhanced transportation efficiency and convenience for the entire campus community. Eren played a pivotal role in this project, leveraging his expertise in both web technologies and physics. Eren had the opportunity to attend a workshop at DFDS company, where he was mentored by Mert Özkaya. This workshop provided Eren with valuable insights and hands-on experience in the industry, further enriching his understanding of practical applications in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. The guidance from Mert Özkaya during this workshop undoubtedly contributed to Eren’s growth as a skilled and competent professional in the domain. In addition to his academic endeavors, Eren participated in the TUBITAK Hyperloop Developing Contest, held during TEKNOFEST, where he achieved an impressive 3rd place with his team. As a member of the Yeditepe University Automotive Club, he worked on embedded systems, contributing to the success of the contest. During his sophomore year, Eren gained valuable industry experience as a developer intern at SabanciDX software company during the summer break. He also collaborated with Associate Professor Mert Özkaya, enriching his skills and knowledge. One area of focus during his journey was studying METAEDIT+ technology and modeling under the mentorship of Mert Özkaya. Eren also assisted Associate Professor Mert Özkaya in the AITOC project, further deepening his understanding and involvement in research. Eren’s dedication to learning and active involvement in various projects showcase his passion for technology and the valuable contributions he brings to every endeavor he undertakes.
