Maged Khalil is the Principal Expert for Mobility Systems Architectures at Continental, with a focus on future mobility solutions and the advanced Systems (of Systems) Engineering methodologies necessary to successfully develop and operate them in the age of the Software-Defined-Vehicle. He has a background in Electrical Engineering & Mechatronics, with an applied research stint and guest lectures in Software & Systems Engineering at fortiss / the Technical University of Munich – with a focus on Model-based Engineering, domain-adequate architectures, solution reuse and design patterns for reliability. His career spans almost 20 years of diversified automotive industry experience - primarily in R&D and Systems Engineering roles on both sides of the V-Cycle.
