I am an experienced manager with over 25 years of experience in digital and cultural transformation, software development, and project management. Currently, I lead a business unit at Objective Solutions, coordinating a team of more than 30 consultants on strategic projects for large companies.

I hold important certifications such as Accredited Kanban Consultant (AKC) and KMM Content Creator, reinforcing my expertise in agile and Kanban methodologies. I am a co-creator of the innovative Unified Flow (https://fluxounificado.com.br/) model and created the Maturity Card Game (https://maturitycard.com/), tools that reflect my commitment to the continuous evolution of processes and products while maintaining high-quality standards.

My career includes managing large teams and various complex projects. I focus on implementing large-scale agile techniques and continuously improving software development processes. My experience covers governance, quality, and automated testing. I always adapt agile practices to the unique needs of each organization.
